Kukua Beach Club & Restaurant has grown to become one of the Dominican’s highly desired wedding venues. It is located on the world famous Bavaro Beach, and boasts not only breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets but features a magnificent pool that all guests enjoy. It is licensed for civil, religious (which can be beachfront) and symbolic wedding ceremonies and welcomes all ages. Kukua is nested between the Grand Bahia Principe and the RIU resorts.

Kukua is an elegant and modern venue that is also known for its culinary excellence. Using only the finest ingredients and locally sourced fresh seafood, our chefs strive to continuously push creative boundaries and create dishes that celebrate the Dominican Republic and countries worldwide.

With many years of servicing both its local and international clients, Kukua Beach Club has grown to become a destination wedding hot spot.

Facilities

This stylish venue provides various locations for weddings and receptions, both enclosed and open, as well as its own section of Bavaro beach which can be seen from any vantage point on the property. Kukua Beach Club is the picture-perfect setting to have a wedding!

It offers a private parking lot (and shuttle service), with a spacious main salon/dining area and an oversized pool. There is also a beach-front Palapa surrounded by a beautiful stretch of sand, lined with palm trees that leads directly into the ocean. There are bathrooms located both in the main salon and outside close to the beach, along with a beach shower allowing for guests rinse off before heading in for a meal. Kukua is wheelchair accessible.

With the venue selling out almost yearly to host custom weddings, Kukua created a stunning, private air-conditioned Bridal room and a private room for the groom/groomsmen, which are included for use on your special day.

With a restaurant on the property, catering and beverage services are all readily available. The restaurant features cuisine with daily-caught local seafood you can add to your menu. Hors d’oeuvres are available for a cocktail reception and the experienced chefs can make delicious desserts.
