The White Room is St. Augustine’s most sought after venue located on the waterfront. Established in 2006 and now with over 2700+ weddings, The White Room is St. Augustine’s most award winning full service private event and wedding venue. With breathtaking water views, hardwood floors, grand white drapes, and classic Chiavari chairs, that will create a backdrop for an unforgettable evening with all those dearest to you. We can accommodate 50 to over 400 guests (250 guests seated) with three venues to choose from for your event. All of our food is prepared in house by our executive chefs and is served oven to table within moments – a key difference for our venue. We also have trolley services available for parking. We would love to meet you and host the most memorable day of your life!

Could not have dreamed of a better wedding thanks to The White Room. Meghan and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I didn’t have to stress any detail involving my wedding day and made the whole planning process seamless. My husband and I felt like royalty on the day of our wedding and all our guests commented on well the venue staff treated everyone and made sure everything worked out perfectly. I can not even count how many times I was told by guests who attended the wedding how it was the best food, bartenders, and service they had ever received at a wedding. The villa blanca was the perfect atmosphere for our intimate ceremony, Meghan suggested we have a Prosecco pop greeter upon guest arrival and everyone LOVED it. The rooftop had the prettiest sunset views over the bay front for cocktail hour (would highly recommend the seafood station it’s AMAZING) The grande ballroom is where we held our reception and it could not have been a better atmosphere for our crazy crowd. This venue is seriously a dream and I have nothing but great things to say. Also have nothing but great things to say about Meghan and the white room staff they are literal angels. The white room helped make our wedding day truly the best day ever and I can not recommend them enough.The White Room's reply:

Michelle W. Married on 01/23/2022Venue Couldn't Be More Perfect...
We got married at The White Room 1/23/22 on the rooftop (dinner in the loft) and WOW just what a wonderful day. Guests kept complimenting on how beautiful the venue was, how great the food tasted, and just how much of a great time they had. They made the planning process easy. The only thing I would recommend is to schedule a private tasting. They do a quarterly tasting, but honestly I do not think it encompases everything they have availble. Also make sure you know what you want going in so you aren't surprised by any upcharges ( but that is just a general tip for all venues). I have had the great pleasure of photographing several weddings at The White Room in St. Augustine and each and every time the staff has been exceptionally kind, professional and with great attention to detail. Not to mention the absolutely great food and location!
Three venues in one building, all with a spectacular view of the St Augustine Bayfront and a staff of professionals that make everything about your wedding day easy! The White Room, The White Room Loft and Rooftop and Villa Blanca are amazing venues for your wedding day! The food is always outstanding and the venue offers a comfortable yet elegant setting for your wedding day. Words cannot begin to describe the venue or the view. I highly recommend The White Room and it's staff. Stop by and see for yourself. It truly is an amazing place to celebrate the beginning of your new life together!
The White Room is a great location for weddings. The loft-style atmosphere is gorgeous and the view is unmatched! I love doing photography here because it is centrally located downtown and so convenient for pictures in the historic area. I also love the beautiful sunlight that comes shining through the windows!
